Through the use of vehicles equipped with innovative technologies, this service enables:
- Move bottling lines directly to the winery or wine production site, eliminating the need to transport product to other facilities with all the costs and risks this entails.
- It avoids the need for producers to spend significant economic resources on the construction of fixed bottling plants, which are also costly in terms of maintenance and upgrading, significantly reducing investment.
THE BOTTLING STAGES
ALL WORK IS DONE IN 7 FIELD-TESTED AND OPTIMIZED STEPS
1
PLANT PREPARATION
Steam sterilization ensures a totally hygienic and contamination-free environment.
2
BOTTLE RINSING
All vessels are thoroughly cleansed to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene necessary for the proper evolution of your wine.
3
OXYGEN REDUCTION AND NITROGEN INJECTION
Nitrogen injection reduces the presence of oxygen during bottling, significantly increasing the longevity of the wine. This allows the preservation of organoleptic properties while reducing the amount of sulfur dioxide required.
4
NITROGEN PRESSURE FILLING
Our high production capacity and flexibility in filling different types of bottles enable us to meet the specific needs of each customer.
5
CAPPING AND CAPSULING
A variety of closure options are available, from cork and synthetic substitute materials to screw cap and gab for sparkling wine. In addition, we ensure quality capsuling using materials such as tin, polylaminate, or shrink-wrap materials.
6
LABELING
Using three self-adhesive stations, we complete the process by precisely and professionally applying the labels for bottle embellishment.
7
PACKING
The automated box closing system ensures safe and strong packaging.
ISOBARIC BOTTLING
The isobaric filling line for sparkling wines completes Enotech Wine Service’s bottling service offerings.
This process involves maintaining constant pressure throughout the plant, from the autoclave to bottling and capping. At this stage, an overpressure of 4 bar is created inside the bottle, with the aim of equalizing the pressure of the liquid with that of the dispensing bell.
Then the cap is “tied” with the metal cage before capsules are applied. Capsuling and labeling can be done in-line where, using a sensor, the correct centering of both the capsule and the double-sided labels is ensured.
